IX Annual Risk Management Conference 2014

The main focus of the 9th annual risk management conference “Risk Management at Crossroads” were security risks. Speakers included entrepreneurs, security experts, directors of government institutions and internationally and nationally recognised top specialists.

One of the main topics of discussion were the risks and opportunities for countries, companies and individuals, brought about by the politically and economically changing Europe. In addition to security issues and thorough analysis of developments in Russia and Europe, the conference also featured discussions on risks in managing government-owned corporations and tax collection, cyber risks as well as communication risks. The day finished with a discussion panel where Estonian CEO’s evaluated the greatest risks currently for Estonia and Europe.

Speakers included directors, CEO’s and top experts from the following organizations: National Audit Office of Estonia, Estonian Tax and Customs Board, Swedbank, Oliver Wyman, KPMG Finland, Edelman, ACE Logistics Group, Alexela Energy, Baltika Group, Marsh Estonia and various independent experts.
