X International Maritime Conference 2014

The 10th International Maritime Conference titled “The Sea is Storming” considered increasing the competitive positive of Estonian shipping sector and its benefits to the society as well as maritime safety and security risks in the Baltic Sea region. Other topics of interest included implementing the ballast water convention and transit in changing conditions.

Speakers included Chairman of Estonian Parliament Eiki Nestor, President of Estonian Shipowners Association Toivo Ninnas, chairman of Port of Tallinn Allan Kiil, chairman of Sillamäe Port Tiit Vähi and many other recognized maritime specialists from Estonia and abroad.
